We all need our agents to pay for the things we ask them to order, from a request or an API call to new sporting goods or that belated birthday present for a friend. Software is starting to pay for things on its own, and StarKey is being built so an agent can spend within an allowance you set, instead of holding your keys.
Subscriptions that renew themselves
Recurring on-chain payments against a standing allowance, so a service will be able to charge you without you signing every month. No card and no processor in the middle.
Pay per request, with x402
x402 puts HTTP’s long-unused 402 Payment Required to work as a real payment step, so an agent will be able to buy data, compute or an API call on its own, one request at a time.
An allowance, not your keys
Scope what an agent can spend: a cap, a token, an expiry. It will work inside that and nowhere else, and you will be able to pull the permission back at any time.

Losing your phone isn't losing your crypto
We believe wallet security needs more care and can be better. That's why StarKey offers Split Key Recovery, which only you control. It keeps three fragments in three places: your cloud, your device, and someone you trust. Any two of them plus your password get your wallet back. No phrase to lose, though you can still use one if you prefer.
See it before you sign
Transactions are simulated first, so you see what moves before you approve it. If a simulation fails you can set the gas limit yourself rather than being blocked.
Nobody can lock you out
Keys are generated locally and encrypted with your password. StarKey cannot move your assets, freeze your account or shut you out of it.

FAQ
Can I bring a wallet I already have?
Yes. Import it with a 12 or 24 word secret recovery phrase, or with a private key. Your addresses and everything on them come with you.
What happens if I lose my device?
Split Key Recovery keeps three fragments in three places, and any two of them plus your password restore the wallet. If you use a seed phrase instead, that works the way it always has. Passwords themselves cannot be recovered, so keep yours somewhere safe.
What does StarKey cost?
The wallet is free. You pay network gas like anywhere else, and bridges and swaps add a service fee from the routing provider. Every fee is shown on the review screen before you confirm.
Which chains does it support?
Ethereum, Solana, BNB Chain, Base, Arbitrum, Polygon, Avalanche, Robinhood Chain, Sui, Aptos and Supra, plus compatible networks you add yourself with an RPC and explorer.
